• All orders are handmade and typically ship within 3-7 business days.
• Custom or personalized items may take longer, processing times will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Standard US shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after processing.
• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Local Pickup

• Local pickup in Woodland Park, CO may be available.  Please select "local pickup" at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a time.

Delays and Responsibility

• We are not responsible for shipping delays casued by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
• Once your package is scanned by the carrier, it is in their hands.  If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly.
