Introducing The Veterans Bench: A New Branch of Momma Jo Magic

At Momma Jo Magic, our work has always been shaped by family, life changes, and the moments that matter most. As our small business has grown, so have the stories and experiences that inspire what we create. Today, we’re proud to introduce The Veterans Bench, a new branch of Momma Jo Magic.

The Veterans Bench was created by my husband, Chris, a U.S. Army Veteran, and reflects a season of transition that many military families know well. Through his own experience—and through the experiences of family members and friends—he has watched active military careers come to an end, new careers begin, and families grow and change. Those transitions sparked a desire to create pieces that meet the evolving needs and wants that come with those moments.

Chris has always enjoyed working with wood, finding purpose in building something solid, functional, and lasting. More recently, he added 3D printing to his skill set, allowing him to design and create in new ways. By combining traditional woodworking with modern techniques, The Veterans Bench brings together craftsmanship and innovation to create products that are both meaningful and practical.

While many designs are inspired by military members and first responders, The Veterans Bench extends beyond those communities. The goal is simple: to create well-made items that serve real needs—whether that’s marking a milestone, supporting a new chapter, or offering something thoughtfully designed for everyday life.

Bringing The Veterans Bench under the Momma Jo Magic umbrella allows our family business to grow while staying true to our values. Each branch has its own focus, but both are rooted in care, creativity, and intention.
